How We Handle Enquiries

We do not route support through a tiered call centre or an automated triage chatbot that asks you to reboot your router. When you email [email protected], the message lands in a shared inbox monitored by the engineering team directly. If your question is about an integration pattern, a specific module behaviour, or a billing edge case, you will get a reply from someone who can actually answer it — usually within two to four hours during Dublin business hours (09:00–17:30, Monday to Friday IST). For urgent production issues, include the word URGENT in the subject line and we escalate to our on-call rotation within 15 minutes.

Do you offer a custom enterprise plan?

Yes. If your organisation processes more than 10 million API events per month, requires dedicated infrastructure, or needs custom contractual terms (including Irish law governed MSAs), email us with a brief description of your use case and we will put together a tailored proposal within three business days.

Can I book a live demo?

Absolutely. We run 30-minute live demos over Google Meet, Tuesday and Thursday afternoons IST. The session covers the dashboard walkthrough, one module of your choice explored in depth, and a Q&A. Email us with your preferred date and your integration context and we will confirm within a few hours.

Where is my data stored?

All customer data is stored in AWS eu-west-1, physically located in Dublin. We do not transfer data outside the EU without explicit written consent. A full list of our sub-processors is available in your account dashboard under Settings › Compliance.
